Cosierra is a brand linked to the Iberian pig industry, focused originally in products from animals raised in the pastures of Extremadura. The fusion of ideas by great connoisseurs of the production processes and marketing for Spanish products has made us a renowned flag-bearer of excellence in different designations of origin and purity of the Iberian pig breed. This savoir-faire and the close relationship that bind us together with other experts producers have encouraged us to expand our offer incorporating different products for the pantry.

We became then a consortium of producers coordinating their efforts under the brand Cosierra, sure of satisfying the demand for quality from the national and international markets nowadays. Our daily challenge is the selection of exquisite handmade products to coin a brand which represents the highest quality.
